Project Description
Project definition: The project covers a ground area of 245.000 m2, and consists of a hotel block and a daily used teleferic station with its own facilities. Taking full advantage of the natural slope of the site; providing visual and spatial access between the individual buildings; providing each building with open views of the seaside; and ensuring that both buildings are perceived as low-rise blocks when viewed from road have been the major motives of the design.
