    Property is planned as a typical Mediterranean town . 4-3-2 storey Nature-friendly stone buildings, 400 family rooms, 100 standard rooms. Energy and maintenance costs have been minimized. Hotel compleks includes Large areas for water activities: bio swimming pools and aqua park, Port and boats (swimming pools which is designed as the port of the town), Eco SPA and quality life center, Children's club (0-10 years), Teen club (10-16 years), Still young club (60 years and older), Mini-amusement park (1-10 years), Fruit and vegetable gardens, Bazaar, Street of Restaurants, Bars, Wine House and tinder (wine and degustation course), Ancient oil factory (olive and oil museum and the shop).

  • Kartepe Hotel
    The building is manipulated and stretched down over the mountain side, creating a structure that makes use of interior circulation of the hotel. The Kartepe altitude of 1,600 meters is a 120 rooms hotel dead Kartepe winter ski resorts in Turkey. Two restaurants, halls, playgrounds, SPA and a swimming pool that is possible to be open to air. The existence of two wings of the building set-garden in love and positioned so as to maximize the daily scenery Mountain Kartepe well. Each room puts a different approach to its relationship with death in mind Vista. The relationship between the border gate with Inside Out, which according to various Exchange Movement dying in space, which has resulted in playful aspect to the front.   • Tepe Hotel
    Project definition: The project covers a ground area of 245.000 m2, and consists of a hotel block and a daily used teleferic station with its own facilities. Taking full advantage of the natural slope of the site; providing visual and spatial access between the individual buildings; providing each building with open views of the seaside; and ensuring that both buildings are perceived as low-rise blocks when viewed from road have been the major motives of the design.

  • Visage Hotel
    With the architectural design the integration of the building with the urban environment has been aimed and breaking the paries, allowing the pedestrian circulation to continue inside and the middle of the building, evenmore on the roof cover designed as an inclined platform. By means of the porous structure of this exterior shell, the transmission of the natural light to the top floor of the restaurant center has been provided. Using the natural materials, cooling effect of the water and natural light and reducing the climatization at the common spaces by means of the natural air circulation, which is one of the most important problems of the hotels, were significant instruments of the project about echology which is one of the most sensitive issues of the client.
